Design Build Elevator Modernization at the Potter Stewart Federal Courthouse
Project Scope
Nichols is currently working on the design-build elevator modernization at the Potter Stewart
Federal Courthouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. Nichols will be modernizing nine elevators throughout
the courthouse. The modernization involves replacement and refurbishment of all major elevator
components. The project includes historical renovations to the existing lobbies and elevator cabs.
The project also includes roof replacement, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical,
plumbing and fire protection upgrades. The Project is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
