Building Renovation and MEP Upgrades
Nichols is currently working on the renovation of 6 Taft Court, 70,000 square feet building, for
the City of Rockville, Maryland. The renovation includes demolition of the existing interior and
curtain wall system. Upgrades to the interior offices, restrooms, locker rooms, fitness rooms and
outside break areas. Project includes full electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection
systems upgrades.
