In 2024, Nichols completed the construction of a new staff lounge for the Howard County Economic Development Authority. The project involved construction work for the interior renovation of the Ulman Building. Nichols successfully created a place where employees can now enjoy a comfortable space to eat, relax, and unwind in their new lounge.
