The team’s mission is to produce quality work the first time, so all Nichols projects use our job-specific Quality Control Plan.
Technology
Our skilled site teams keep the job on track to meet and exceed project goals. CPM scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 give our managers tight control over work, resources, and delivery dates. Our construction management platform, Procore, promotes a consistent process across projects, and clients and design teams have ready access to project information.
