Ft. Smallwood Park Renovation Phase II

Project Overview

Construction of a New Visitor and Comfort Station, Facility Maintenance Building and Historical
Renovation to Existing Structures.

Project Scope

Nichols is currently working on the Phase II of the Ft Smallwood Park Upgrade. The project
includes construction of a new comfort and visitor station with a B.A.T septic system and
associated site improvements. Phase II of the park renovation also includes construction of a new
facility maintenance building and renovation of the historical concession stand at the park. The
project is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
