Project Scope
Nichols completed the renovation of Encore of McLean in McLean, Virginia in 2023. The project was delivered by Nichols in the general contractor delivery method with a total investment of $1.4 million. Nichols oversaw the first-floor renovation, transforming it into a modern, vibrant space from concept, through entitlement and permitting, and through completion. The renovation consisted of demo, drywall, painting, glass windows, doors and frames, bathrooms and showers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and sprinklers.
