Project Scope
The Fort Smallwood Park project is still in progress. One aspect of this project is building the comfort station; wherein, Nichols operates diligently in the general contractor delivery method. This project involves many trades to assist in providing great new amenities for the community. Moreover, Nichols is installing new site electric, plumbing, and sanitary services, along with new parking lots and a maintenance building.
