Building Renovation and MEP Upgrades
Nichols has completed the renovation work of 6 Taft Court, 70,000 square feet building, for
the City of Rockville, Maryland. The renovation included demolition of the existing interior and
curtain wall system, and upgrades to the interior offices, restrooms, locker rooms, fitness rooms and
outside break areas. The project included full electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection
systems upgrades.
