Meet Our 2026 NCI Summer Interns
This Summer, NCI Welcomes Our 2026 Interns
This summer, NCI is proud to welcome four outstanding interns to our team. Over the next eight weeks, they will gain valuable hands-on experience both in the field and in the office, while developing their skills, expanding their knowledge, and contributing to meaningful projects.
We are excited to have three interns joining our Project Management team and one intern supporting our Preconstruction team.

He looks forward to learning from industry professionals and building a strong foundation in preconstruction. Kevin is excited about the opportunity to leverage his skills and see how they can positively impact and contribute to the success of the Preconstruction team.
Looking Ahead
Throughout the summer, our interns will be building valuable skills, forming meaningful connections, and gaining a deeper understanding of what it means to be part of the NCI team. The program is thoughtfully structured to provide both experiential and guided learning opportunities. Interns will spend six weeks in the field, gaining practical, hands-on experience, complemented by two-week rotations in the office, where they will work to further develop their technical knowledge and professional skills.
Each intern will be supported by dedicated mentorship both on-site and in the office, ensuring consistent guidance, feedback, and professional development throughout the program. This dual-mentorship approach allows interns to connect real-world field experiences with broader organizational insights and best practices. At the conclusion of the eight-week program, interns will deliver a formal presentation summarizing their experiences, key learnings, and contributions. This capstone opportunity encourages reflection, reinforces communication skills, and allows interns to share their perspectives with leadership and peers. We are excited to support their continued growth and look forward to seeing all they accomplish in the weeks ahead. Their initiative, collaboration, and fresh perspectives will enrich our organization, and we are proud to play a role in their professional journey.
