Building Excellence Since 1991
Fred Nichols founded our organization in 1991 based on the simple promise – “to do what we say we are going to do, when we say we will do it.” Formed as a true, general construction firm, he saw a void in the construction industry for self-performing general contractors. Since, 1991, Nichols has strived to be a highly sought after, design build contractor in commercial, institutional, and government sectors in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions. Utilizing the Master Builder Approach, the Nichols team demonstrates knowledge, professionalism, experience, and commitment, taking full accountability for all aspects of our work. Today, we are a team of more than 125 hard working men and women committed to safely serving our clients and communities. Together, we are building better.
