We understand that when a deal is inked, the sooner the tenant can move in, the sooner our client’s revenue stream begins. Because we self-perform a majority of our work, including framing, drywall, painting, and electrical, we are able to respond to the needs of our clients quickly. For larger tenant projects we are allied with several framing and drywall subcontractors, in addition to our team of dedicated subcontractors. Large or small, we provide a quick turnover of a quality project and with a high level of professionalism toward our clients, their neighboring tenants, and the end user.
NCI proceeded with selective demolition of the exterior / interior spaces in order to build the new space based on the drawings and directives that were provided to us by the Architect on record and the designer. After the selective demolition was completed, we then built new walls, wait stations bathrooms, bar, dining areas, fireplace, and offices that would be needed to achieve the Grotto look/ functionality.
