Veterans Administration – Building 4R
Perry Point, MD
With one of our several veteran owned business allies and clients, Nichols Contracting built an elevator addition to Building 4R at the VA Hospital in Perry Point, MD. Nichols Contracting provided the demo, excavation, concrete, masonry, steel, doors, painting, and interior lobby finish work for this project. We demoed the existing porch and built the new porch, elevator shaft and machine room. At our steel shop, we fabricated the railings and canopy and then installed on site. The VA is detailed and strict with respect to conformance of their specifications and Nichols Contracting worked diligently to adhere to their standards.
