Fred Nichols | Fred Nichols founded Nichols Contracting in 1991 after working for several years in the construction industry as a carpenter, journeyman, superintendent, project manager and as Vice President of Elrich-Nichols Contracting.
Mr. Nichols has built his reputation on extreme dedication to others, providing the highest quality of work in a timely manner. After 19 years of operation, the Company has never been denied a performance or payment bond nor have any contract defaults occurred. His commitment to the client coupled with numerous years of working with a consistent subcontractor base has enabled him to manage the growth of the Company at a measured pace.
